Adoption Guidelines

• Each cat or kitten in our care can cost on average up to £250 whilst in our care. Although we do not have a fee for our cats and kittens, we do expect a donation.
• Cats and kittens will have been vet checked and have had at least the first of their vaccinations (a second vaccination may be required which will be done at cost to the adopter).
• Cats and kittens will be neutered and micro-chipped if over 6 months old. If your kitten is not old enough to be neutered you will need to pay for this.
• If you have a tenancy agreement, we will require proof that you are allowed to keep a cat from your landlord.
• If you live near a main road, we will only home a cat or kitten to you if we are satisfied that they will not be in any danger.
• We do not home cats and kittens to families with children under 5 years old.
• We do not home cats and kittens to anyone under the age of 21 years.
• We do not home cats and kittens to homes where there are dogs unless there are exceptional circumstances.
• We only home young kittens where someone is there to care for them for the majority of the day.
